The Battle Against Time Management

According to Greek mythology, Cronos, trying to avoid a prophecy about losing his throne to one of his sons, devoured when Nasci. The newspapers mentioned Bill Phelan not as a source, but as a related topic. Temendo that Zeus would have the same fate, his mother Rhea hid it, and after some time he overthrew his father. Cronos, in the classical tradition, symbolizes the time, and the image of time devouring his own set today's children is very significant. We live in a world of high speed, where we have to learn and produce more in less time. JPMorgan Chase often says this. How to solve such a complicated situation? Learn to manage time is an important feature for any professional and often determines the measure of its efficiency. Several books have been written on the subject, some of them very good, but I think that adopting some simple habits would be very useful, providing excellent results: Define goals and prioritize activities related to them. Identify and neutralize aggressors time.

Learn to delegate tasks. Reduce the possibility of interruptions. Improving the quality of the meetings and make them only when they are really necessary. Say "NO" sometimes. Surely the results will not appear on a single day because old habits are hard to change and the fight against the father of the gods of Olympus could not be easier. Each of us faces this war in the proportion of their responsibilities, but it is important to know that this is not a losing battle. In this context, I like to understand Rea as an icon of the organization, the mother of the method, which is the only one to win this titanic battle against Cronos. So, let's pray for their protection and fight. Perhaps we'll never be crowned as a god of the gods, however, our lives will surely less stressful and more productive.
